Preheat Oven to 325.
Mash the bananas.
Add the sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly.
Add in the egg, vanilla extract, salt and baking soda and mixed it all together.
Mill the soft white wheat berries. (I milled mine directly into the wet ingredient bowl) And then mix it all up!
Spray bread pan to prevent sticking. (I used avocado oil) Then Pour the freshly milled flour banana bread mixture into the pan.
Once the temp is up to 325, place the baking pan on the middle rack and cook for 55 mins.
Let cool slightly before eating. Enjoy!
