The First step is to mill your flour. I used my hand grain mill to mill my soft white wheat berries.
Next, place ripe bananas in the mixer (or mash with a fork if you don't want to use a mixer)
Melt the butter on the stove. I used my stainless steel measuring cup. Then I added the melted butter into my mashed banana.
Then I added in the Sugar.
Then once it has cooled slightly, I added in the eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
Then I mixed in my freshly milled flour.
Now that the mixture is ready, I preheat the oven to 325. I used butter in this recipe but you could use avocado oil spray or you could use muffin liners. Then poured the mixture into the pan.
Once the oven is up to temperature, I placed the jumbo muffin pan in the oven to bake for 35 minutes.
Let it cool slightly when you take it out and then enjoy nice and warm!
